Really good Breakfast Buffet

Good service offered, a nice size room with extra bed as well as good WiFi. Well-trained personnel and convenient and the best location right in the centre of Amsterdam. For tea or coffee visit Broodje Bert nearby.

the breakfast had plenty of appetising food and drinks.

Consider requesting a room with lower windows for better city views, as some higher rooms have limited visibility.

Room cleaning really is bad: verything was covered with dust, under the bedside table there was garbage of the previous residents and it was not removed; Long waiting at the check out, the lady at the counter was also totally rude and rude

The staff helped with luggage, but the breakfast selection was disappointing.

Recently refurbished family quadruple room on ground level. Magnificent location, very very nice area, just next door to the tram, restaurants and central city as well as Dam Square and Anne Frank's house/museum, also shops.

Clean hotel, facilities are good, and the location is marvellous and ideal to the shopping district. The best thing is location - very close to Amsterdam, was easy to navigate and Tram...

We paid for 3 nights in a double room 710 euros without breakfast. As it was a normal double room without special equipment. the price is quite big! We expected more. The breakfast costs extra 20 euros per person!

At the reception there was a queue, so we had to wait for a long time, which was partly unpleasant.

The hotel is very central. The breakfast is very good. The staff is courteous.

The room temperature and the ventilation in the bathroom was unfortunately not optimal to control.

Very good location to all sights and public places. very good Restaurant Haesje Claes right across the street. Rich breakfast buffet for a good start of the day.

In our room we could not lock the bathroom.

Rooms felt cramped, especially for the price!!! Wifi was unreliable for work purposes, leading to frustrations !!!

Breakfast was great, even the breakfast room, super nice.
